It seem doesn't require anything except the submit the form.
And it's legit
Thanks for this. I actually did buy a computer with a Pentium 4 in 2001...
Hope this isn't canceled due to abuse.
Just to let everyone know, this looks like it's US only.

Thanks OP. lol This lawsuit is about whether Intel manipulated Pentium 4 performance scores in violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law. The lawsuit also addresses whether Hewlett-Packard (“HP”) knew about and substantially assisted Intel in manipulating the Pentium 4’s performance scores.
The Plaintiffs allege that Intel manipulated the performance benchmark scores for its first-generation Pentium 4 processors and that HP aided and abetted Intel's allegedly unlawful conduct. Intel and HP deny any liability and all claims of misconduct and Intel contends that the performance benchmarks challenged by Plaintiffs fairly measured the performance of the Pentium 4 processor.
Why are all these companies having "settlements?"
First Redbull, now this? Why?

Um,
From what the user posted above all I could understand is something about a fake benchmark of the CPU.

lol what idk if this would even work wont you need proof of purchase
I don't think you need proof of purchase as it isn't state that you need one(in my opinion tho). About Redbull case, I think you suppose to get a pair of wing after you drank the thing. but somehow the wing can't grow on Human's back so people sue Redbull for that.
US only excluding Illinois it seems, unfortunately.
