Hey I was just wondering how you make these type of borders or frames or where you can get them? There's lots of different types I've seen

Well not sure if you can download premade ones but theyre pretty much made with lots of pentool shapes with some layer styles as a foundation. The rest of the details, like lighting/shadows are painted in on top.

Its not easy, its not fast, and its not for the weak hearted folks. Good luck.

P.S. As a shortcut you can just make half of it and just duplicate it. Wont work for asymmetrical designs though.

They just go ingame at League of Legends open store and make a print screen of it and remove everything inside of it so you got the border left. I've done it before.
