Anyone else eat sunflower seeds? I've eaten two bags of BBQ seeds today. If so, what kind do you eat?

Ive never really found them without them being in their shells. I find it too much effort to peel off the shell

I love to suck off the salt and then bite into it.
I can eat one every 2-3 seconds.

I prefer the Bigs (has to be this brand) dill pickle seeds and any brand of ranch or BBQ. Anyone else into dill pickle seeds? And you know you're a master of seed spitting when you can eat the seed without cracking the two shells parts apart.
