I am looking for a good coder to code my website idea for me.
I'm looking to make a tumblr promotion website where people promote
their tumblrs by clicking a button which puts them on a list of users
and a points system which will allow them to gain points for following people on the list.

I need this

Points System
Nice Design that is usable.
Catagories -
Featured Users - 5 points for following.
Top 10 Users - 2 points for following
Regular Users - 1 point for following

I need something that is similar to this website.

I am willing to pay pretty nicely to a good coder who knows what he or she
is doing and will get the task done with little bugs and errors. If anyone can
do this shoot me a private message.

I'd really like a service, If anyone is looking to get paid let me know.
Seriously, If anyone can do this for me I am willing to pay some pretty good money for a top notch coder.
