If you use SAE to look at the source, you'll see its totally fake, it has nothing other than form, doesn't encrypt anything nor was it meant to.
I rep'ed him saying:
"Neutral (0): His crypter is totally fake, to make people do his survey, don't do it!"
He, in return PM's me saying:

In fact the crypter is up for anyone to download,
There's a thread from another member showing that its fake, I don't have the thread, but if you search you'll find it.
I just wanted to let everyone know not to do his survey, its fake.
