I need to buy a laptop for my sister and I wonder if I should buy this laptop which has no review or wait xmas deal, to get a more popular laptop ?

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.asp...6834231877

The laptop has to be able to do this
  • Video streaming
  • Office
  • Some photoshop
  • PLay sims

To be honest, I find the CPU a bit weak to handle video streaming and photoshop.
