To answer your question accurately unlike the trolls in this thread. Jays Booter or any free booter alike use your home connection to attack the target you specified. So relatively speaking, if you have x2 better connection(Upload) than your target, you can take them down. I recommend checking out the premium seller section or investing in a private-layer dedicated server to attack people(No, it's not free.). Beggars cannot be choosers.
