Did you really make a whole website for a theme with like 2 controls?
I can seriously see myself in the way you write and code in how I was two years ago. Now without bashing, here's a list of things you can.. improve.. I suppose.

First of all, why is the website hosted on a free domain? You even have a .net domain for your portfolio. Why not use uhmstudios.net/VBStrap? It really makes a difference.
Then, what's with the adfly? Adfly is an instant no-no if you know people (or even a boss) will maybe look at it (since you post it on your portfolio). And then again, how much will you actually make with adfly nowadays? 1000 clicks for 5$? Unless you make something really interesting, you won't get that amount.
Second, it's better to exclude themebase from the file and say 'themebase required' or something. If people already have themebase added they need to remove one, which people who have no clue about .net (oh the joy of the Cryptography section. Free crypter + public theme = unique new crypter!) will not get.
Also, releasing a theme with only 3 controls? And the textbox is almost a regular textbox with borderstyle set to single, and it doesn't resemble bootstrap in my opinion. Only the colors match. Isn't that a little too basic to put your look-at-my-creations list? An experienced themer--ehm--programmer, especially with bootstrap, could make that in no time.
Lastly, using Dim instead of actual modifiers like private.

You might want to look at NetSeal Theme. The way it is written is way better. You can learn from that.

Thanks for your feedback, The way I did purchased a another domain is because
I do not have the money for it and the way I added Adf.ly and other stuff is to get some money to purchase a new domain and get a bit money from it to make some other projects possible, and think on that I can buy domains and maybe some other little things for it. Also it is 3 controls because it is my first theme and im not that much expierenced and good to release all in one so I wanna do this with steps you know. And about the domain shizzle good tip Im going to change that really soon because I have no time now..

And next thing I will remove the Themebase and make it external.
