Hacking a North Korean website

Is it wrong to hack a North Korean website as they keep hacking many other people's websites in Europe and the USA. I find it annoying that their Deface image of Sony looked like a Goose book cover. I don't want to talk about which website it is I just wondering from a moral perspective judging how they actually ram ships or even attack South Koreans if doing it would be bad?

Like if someone per say hacked http://onecoreanetwork.blogspot.com/ because North Korean has karma coming back, would it inspire outrage that could hurt people. No one wants to hurt anyone, they just want to watch Kim Jung whatever go on TV and get pissed off with his 5 foot generals. I'm sorry if this post offend anyone I was talking with a buddy of mine about the idea of it.

Would be bad, or rather awesome? We just can't decide...
Go for it, you might gain something from it. Except personal pleasure.

Friend of mine was talking about it nothing was going to happen though we were just wondering.
Go for it if you can but if you notice weird cars outside, run for it. They will show no mercy and send you off to death camp or something.
I really doubt you'll be able to find anything. The North Koreans would have invested a ridiculous amount of money into security. Even if you did manage to take down a North Korean site, you would be putting yourself and innocent people in danger.
He will bombard you bro don't do it.

I heard he has aimbot installed in his atom bomb.
./run.sh
$Site:north korea tld Google Dork
$Scan
$Deface.
