Well, clearly adults should only say it. I believe a person of 21 and above can say it. 21 is when you become an actual adult. I hardly call people kid and I am 25.

I've been calling people a "kid" ever since I picked up CoD4 which I was in 5th grade I think. It just stuck to me as a constant insult.
