Error 3194 when trying to downgrade from 8.1.1 to 8.1 HELP PLEASE

Can someone help me fix this? When I try to downgrade to that iOS it says error 3194.

Whenever I get this error, I just disable my firewall and AV before and during the process of upgrading/downgrading.

They stopped signing iOS 8.1 so therefore you cannot downgrade.

Exactly my thoughts. You can't downgrade devices nowadays since Apple started signing old firmwares over a year ago.
