So my account was hacked, I used the contact form and it has been 2+ weeks and no response. I made a account about a week ago asking the community what to do and they told me to send a PM to Factor8 but I got negged a lot for posting because "Dont use this account for browsing just get yours back" even though I was just getting enough posts to PM. Then it got banned, so what should I do :/

What exactly was your account name? Maybe they simply don't like you anymore?

If they are unable to track back that this is your account you'd probably get ignored. In the first email you sent you should have provided as much information as possible as well as your last known IP address or something on that account.

This would strongly backup your case.
