**** End-User License Agreement ****

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you (the "Licensee") and SkypeBot Programmers / De Keyser Lesley (the "Licensor"). The terms of this Agreement apply to all current and future versions and updates of SkypeBot.

By installing, enabling or using SkypeBot, Licensee agrees with all the terms of this Agreement. Licensor reserves all rights not specifically granted and transferred to Licensee.

Licensee understands and agrees with the following:

- Licensee has paid the full $10 / $25 to [email protected] on PayPal via Skype or PayIvy.

- Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use SkypeBot for non-commercial purposes only. Licensee therefore does not own SkypeBot, Licensor remains the owner of SkypeBot.

- Licensor provides SkypeBot on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. Licensor neither guarantees the correct, error-free functioning of SkypeBot nor is he responsible for any damage caused by the use of SkypeBot.

- Licensee may not decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute SkypeBot in any way. (see EU & US Law)

- SkypeBot will automatically, without notice to Licensee, download and install updates from time to time.

- SkypeBot may scan the entire memory, and any software-related and system-related files and folders on harddisk and report results to main server for the sole purpose of detecting leakers and commands.

- SkypeBot will never report any of Licensee's private data (documents, passwords, etc.) to other connected computers or to Licensor. SkypeBot will not violate Licensee's privacy.

- Licensor is allowed to terminate the license at any time for any reason and without notice to Licensee.

- Refunds will only be given to Licensee if approved by Licensor.

- Licensee may not charge back using PayPal.

- Licensor is not responsible for Licensee actions, in any way.

- Any attempt in cracking, debugging or scanning of SkypeBot will result in a license termination and scam report opened by Licensor for Licensee.

- Licensor may change the Agreement, It's the Licensee his job to keep track of these changes.

- If Licensee doens't agree to the Agreement he needs to delete this software as soon as possible and contact the Licensor.

This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee and supersedes any prior statements.

I remember I did something very similar to this last summer, not sure if you got the idea from my Skype bot or not but ever since I was making money with it a lot of other people have started making them. Good luck with sales man! Their really fun to improve and play with.

We started the project a little earlier, well a year, with making it a 24/7 skypebot.
Now we remade it into a buyable and editable skypebot!
