Security for the users of hackforums, if a un trusted user was supplied help in setting up something such as a RAT, they might try to spread it on these forums, hence the reason I'm not helping un trusted users. Saftey for myself includes un trusted members abusing the information I supply, and then having it lead back to be my fault.

EDIT: The reason that I myself don't meet my threads requirements is the plain fact that I trust different people. If you have a hard time trusting me, then you don't have to, find someone else on the forums that will aid you in this setup.
