Just wondering if any of you members who live in Florida heard the Sonic boom on last Friday afternoon? I also swear I heard another less powerful one last night. I'm in North Central Florida. There is not much info available on the web and nothing in the main stream news.
Nothing has been officially confirmed to what it actually was. Pretty freaky in my opinion.
What do you all think it was?
Here are some articles:

It was probably just the government.

The Russians are testing their aircrafts. Good.
Probably ISIS got some F's now.

"Whatever it is, Valencia College student Daryl Mercado's story lines up with everything else we've been hearing. These booms start around 10 p.m. and they sound like thunder. Mercado said he's heard them over the past three weeks. "
That is a quote from your first link. The Magic Kingdom's fireworks start at 10pm.

There are no fireworks at Disney that would be heard miles away, that big of explosion would make the park guests go deaf. Also the first boom was Friday afternoon, not at night. lol - I guess your joking though either way? =)

Both. I live 23 miles from the magic kingdom, and I hear them every night.
