just buy a booter if you want to ddos only. search for it, there's plenty and they require no skill at all, you just paste the targets IP address and select method (I'd personally recommend the NTP Amplification) and then you click launch attack or just launch and then they're offline.

High quality ones for taking down big shit cost alot tho, the cheap booters are mainly for taking down home connections i think.
