I do have .Net 4.5 installed
It's obvious whats going wrong, just bad code management simple debugging will help you figure out whats going wrong, hell I don't even have the source code and I know whats wrong.

OP has decided to still use SendKeys for some reason. Oh and this is in a tick event.

Using a decompiler, you can view the source of a .NET assembly providing it hasn't been obfuscated.

Your friend didn't code it very well, it's trying to use Skype without checking if it's even been allowed access to the Skype client yet, that's why it gets that error. Just simple things like that, and knowing that it doesn't even check to see if it's allowed access it makes me wonder what else is coded incorrectly.
