Thanks for reading. Constructive criticism only please but if I missed anything shoot me a pm and I will fix it.
Hundreds of threads about this already.
Also, should had been posted in the Computer Protection and Security Alerts section (it'll be moved, don't repost it).

My era of providing technical support and malware removal on HackForums is over, so you can stop PM'ing me about it. Sorry.

Hi.
Nice tutorial, however; often the original IP is already saved in some resolver's database.
So it won't give a 100% guarantee it will change. ;)

Besides that. A proxy is good to hide your real IP. But if you want a bit of anonymity on top of it (you actually shouldn't be using Skype then, but anyway) you can use Tor as well.

You just have to use Vidalia and the SOCK5 proxy.
https://www.torproject.org/projects/vidalia.html.en

Start Tor in Vidalia > Wait a few seconds > Go to Skype Proxy settings > Select Sock5 > Use this proxy: IP: 127.0.0.1:9050 (IP: 127.0.0.1 Port: 9050).
Kind of the same like a proxy, but a lot more secure. :)

But like Aura stated; there are already tons of these tutorials. :-)
