The 0x7b BSOD is one of the worst BSOD you can have. Do you have access to your Recovery partition or your recovery/installation media?
Or can you press F8 on boot and select "Repair your computer" to get in the Recovery PE?

Yes I can, I tried doing the windows repair method, and tried system restore. Didn't work.

You'll open the command prompt from Recovery PE and enter this command:

bootrec /fixmbr

Wait for it to complete, then restart your computer. If it doesn't work, tell me.

In my experience the following method solves almost any windows boot issues. Try it out.
  • Insert your Windows installation or recovery CD

  • Boot to System Repair Options

  • Open command prompt

  • Type BOOTREC /RebuildBCD and hit ENTER
    • This rebuilds the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) file

  • Type BOOTREC /FixBoot and hit ENTER
    • This writes a new boot sector to the system partition

  • Type BOOTREC /FixMBR and hit ENTER
    • This writes a Vista / Win 7 MBR to the system partition; does not overwrite the existing partition table

Alright, go back in the Recovery PE but this time try:

bootrec /fixboot

Which will create a completely new boot sector to boot from.

Using pirated windows, no longer have the disk and don't have a recovery CD.

How did you follow Aura's instructions without a recovery CD?

And then restart? Didn't work unfortunately.

Yes. Hum ... Alright, try the /rebuild BCD command and if it doesn't work we'll try something else.
Do you have a Recovery partition on that computer? Or a recovery/installation media?

Went into launch start up repair, chose to go on command prompt.

Do the same with my instructions, ignore the part about putting in the CD.

Scratch that, if you use a pirated copy of Windows you cannot receive assistance here as HackForums doesn't support the use of illegal, cracked, pirated, etc. copies of software, sorry OP. If you want assistance, you'll have to install a legitimate version of Windows and activate it with a genuine/legit product key.
