Not sure about Vagex alone, but if you use a bunch of view boosters you should get past the 301+ views pretty quickly.

I was moreso worried about Youtube recognizing that im using bots to boost views, and i don't want to get stopped at 301+ views permanently

Vagex will get your video banned, just like every other botte traffic exchange site out there.
