How to hide server ip while sending mail?[DDOS Prevention]

Hello,
Is there any working method to hide server ip in outgoing mails?
I am using postfix now.
Quote:Return-Path: <apache@domain> Received: from domain ([server ip]) by mx.google.com with ESMTP id bp18si69700763wib.34.2014.12. 31.03.29.07 for <mail id>; Wed, 31 Dec 2014 03:29:08 -0800 (PST) Received-SPF: none (google.com: apache@domain does not designate permitted sender hosts) client- ip=server ip;

Give the task to a 3rd party, like MailChip http://mailchimp.com ?

thank you for sharing.good to know.
Mandrill (by Mailchimp) will best suit your needs, since it's designed for transactional emails. (Emails triggered by actions) This isn't just for changing the IP, but using a service that is properly designed for the task at hand.
