Obviously this is well-known, but still a good overview.

I'd like to know why it's called "ethical" instead of "legal" hacking. It clearly means legal hacking, but the two words don't mean the same. They overlap a fair bit. But only intellectually lazy people use "legal" as a synonym "ethical".
In this technical context where accuracy is everything, it's strange to have an inaccurate name for the whole profession. But when it comes to describing the actual work, it always comes down to merely legal activities.

Dump the malware, how persistence was achieved and location and provide a timeline.

This could be a good way to showcase your skills, I already know how to do this but once again showcase to prospective clients your skills.

Certified excellent question! We would need their certificate number and candidate name, very common to check on credentials seeing that this is a business.. right?
