I've created a Tweetdeck group for active users. I will add my one on there when we get a large group so people don't just join and spam RT on my account and leave. This will be purely for comedy posts or interesting things, so nothing offensive or adult, even if it's slightly adult. I have 60K followers, with a large amount of them being mid-teens. I will make a Skype group for it.
Rules will be as follows (Subject to change):
Only Retweets
1 Retweet/hour. (This will depend on how many people in the group as I don't want spam retweets and I'm sure you guys don't either.)
Nothing offensive
No adult content
No money links (For now)
Retweets can be deleted 10 minutes after posted.
Any nudes/offensive stuff will result in being kicked.
