He will maybe be able to hold 20k at Dedicated server with 8-core while he can hold 100k at shitty dedicated using HTTP bot.
It's a shame that this forum board has deteriorated to this... uneducated members with no interest in learning, making threads about the best software to buy and sellers replying to them recommending their own software, without any justification as to why their solution meets the clients specific requirements over and above the competition...
It's getting more and more embarrassing as each day passes. (Jan 13, 2015 09:05 AM)iamskid Wrote: IRC is trash. This is probably the only post in this thread so far that was formulated by something other than the desire to sell something or fuelled by idiocy.
It depends on what tasks you need the botnet to perform.
IRC is going to give you assurance that your commands are being executed, you get real time responses to your commands, I like this because I feel more in control of the tasks being performed. HTTP is probably going to be more stable depending on who makes it, you'll be able to hold a lot more bots and probably have more information about each one of your infected servers. Kraken, Load, Andromeda 2.9(very expensive) are looking to be some of the best available HTTP bots on the market currently. |
