I know nothing about batch but I am pretty sure all this does is kill every task you listed if it's running.

Edit: what if you're infected with a RAT, silent miner, keylogger, etc that runs on startup?

4. Not much of an antivirus at all, it just ends the processes of some viruses or anything with the same name.
