[Domovoi]

For a while I've been looking for good resources to learn how to develop a wordpress theme and get better with using PHP. At the moment I have a fairly basic understanding of HTML and CSS, though it's been enough to get by up to this point.

There's a ton of stuff out there, but not many do a very good job of explaining what each portion of code does, or really teach it. Instead they kind of teach how to make a certain site, how to make something similar to what they're doing, etc.

I've been trying to use a combination of Udemy (warez disallowed) classes and php coding classes on lynda.com, but I'm looking for something that could be a better and more interesting way to learn.
