Do not - it's a bad idea. Try Forex on a practice account. Don't go for binary options.

I like to highly leveraged margin trades (5 - 30 min), though it's not always great because you cant really step away during a trade.

There's not much to it, it's basically the same as normal long/short trading, except you are using borrowed money to trade more shares than you can afford to trade normally.
