Looks better, but still needs some work.
Add some textures, extra elements going out from the cracks.
Basically give it more life.

It does look nice, doesn't really tell any story though. I have no idea what type of group this would be for.
If I had to say anything about the userbar itself, it would be how the red lines stick out a bit too much on the sides.
