Refund Services
To help someone get a refund fraudulently is not allowed on HF. No refund services whatsoever for any product or service.

That was added to the Disallowed Blackhat Activity to make it official.

I've considered this part of Financial Fraud but it's still been an issue with members requiring direct policy to address this issue.

So now it's officially worded and in the DBA help doc.

I am going to assume refund would be the same thing as charge back for paypal. So no more help me charge back threads I guess...
