How can i make files from a flash drive automatically start

I would like to know how to do this, I've seen a program called predator use this auto starting feature, but you have to have a program on your desktop that was pre installed to use it. But my question is can you make a file auto start without having something already installed. 🤝

My understanding of this is scarce, but apparently Win7 was the last OS to allow autorun from a flash drive, you have to manually run it on other OS' that are newer than Win7.

I would suggest getting a Teensy, Rubber Ducky, or BadUSB. You'll have a lot more to work with.
