Welcome to the Member of the Month nomination thread for January 2015!

Member of the Month is a competition that awards one special member each month for their contributions throughout the community. Every member has the potential to win the award, but the final decision is made by the combined efforts of the user base and forum staff. To learn more about how the competition works, click here!

The Nomination phase begins today and ends on Friday, January 30th, 2015!

This is your chance to determine who gets placed on the poll. You may only nominate one person per month, so make your nomination count! To nominate a member, all you have to do is follow the guidelines in this thread and post your nomination as a response. No other posts (feedback, comments, etc) are allowed; they will be removed and the poster may be warned.

Any member that fits the following requirements is eligible to be nominated:

• Minimum of 500 posts

• 0% warning status

• Has not already been nominated in this thread

• Has not received the MOTM award previously

• Was not in the previous month's poll

• Non-staff member (you can still nominate mentors and ex-staff)

• Has contributed in some public way during the month of January (group forums do not count)

• Is not the user Froggy

A nomination post must contain the linked username of the member being nominated, followed by a minimum of three of their contributions that occurred within the month, and a reason why they deserve the award. Contribution links don't have to necessarily be threads, but can also be links to specific posts.

Use the following format to correctly nominate a member:

Reason:
Who soup is an increadably HQ member who posts high quality threads daily. Not only did he pioneer the sales of physical items on this forum he did so doing food items! From the reviews of his threads as well as his repuation (which he has no negitives) it seems as if customers are extremely satisfied with his products as well as his kindness to other members; He must be extremely trusted as well to ship out physical items and be entrusted with users personal information which there has never been an issue with. I truely believe that he is deserving of the MOTM award as I have not met a member who has a kinder heart and a passion for business like he does; he will also go to great lengths to help anyone who is in need of help.

Reason: Crypto™ has been an outstanding member of the Hack Forums community for quite some time. He has always been helpful to the members who have asked for his assistance and has always strove to be one of Hack Forums high quality members. Crypto™ has worked in many groups and teams around the site including the Omnicoin team (which he was a leader of) and without his hard work and efforts, the Omnicoin could not be possible. As you can see, he has created several high quality tutorials, suggestions, and threads. I have linked the ones from January above, but I encourage you to check out his profile and see the many contributions he has made since joining Hack Forums, they are all quite remarkable. I believe Crypto™ deserves Member of the Month for January 2015 because of his contributions are on a level that most members would strive to be on. I hope you take this into consideration when choosing which member to put into the polls this month and for all members to consider when voting in the poll. Thanks.
