Hello,

I'm planning on making an adult website. I can get good traffic for it and make money from ads (I'm currently looking into some networks). I obviously don't want to produce my own content or get in trouble using content from other websites. This leaves me with 2 options: either make a website where users can register and upload their own content, or make a website with a couple of galleries, with pictures hosted on imgur.com. I think the second idea might be the most realistic one.

So my question is: what is the best way to make a gallery-website, that automaticly updates itself with pictures from certain imgur.com pages (like imgur.com/r/cars)? These images will be embedded and still hosted on imgur.com.

A simple PHP script to pull content should be sufficient.
But to be honest, you're going to get caught eventually, one way or another.
Try to be a bit more creative, not just a leecher.

Thanks for the reply! And about getting caught; I'm not doing anything illegal. I agree that I'd basicly just be leeching off of others people's content, but I'm just looking to make an easy buck- not start a huge project.

I have no experience in PHP, but codeacademy seems like a really usefull website to learn.

You don't have permission to use the photos from imgur on your own site and most of the people who upload to imgur also lack the permission to upload them there.

This project is just doomed in every possible way, but good luck anyways.

Hmm, since pictures from imgur are also used on forums and such I think it'll be a long time before I even receive a warning. But I might just use legal affiliate content then, just to be on the safe side. Thanks!
