I suggest we close this because when a new member joins the forum they usually what hacking or coding and they would post on the service requests or hacking requests forum. Since they are new people, people add then and try scam them. Us members who have brains usually go service offerings and find someone whereas these people don't know how and when they have been scammed they don't know how to make a scam report

So what I'm saying is the service requests and hacking is for people being scammed

You also need positive rep to post in the marketplace.
In hacking requests you can't offer money in their words their free requests.

It's a rustication like the user above said, because L33T's can close their own threads and Ub3r's can close or open their own threads.

The majority of the new members only join to request something, if they are cannot read the rules before they even navigate HF that is their problem, they are responsible for themselves.

Just report the threads which lack quality, a Staff member will take appropriate action if necessary.
