Hello.
I already have a public/private keyset generated. It is in the format

-----END PUBLIC KEY-----

What would be the best solution to encrypt simple texts with this key, and then decrypt them on another computer with the private key?
These programs would only be used on Windows, so it does not matter if the library uses Win32 API.
If you do answer, could you please provide links to a documentation.
