This is a simple but effective idea. Why don't we just integrate a miner into the desktop wallet? We could have two versions of the wallet one with and one without. This would make it make it so much easier for the noobies to just download it, enter their details and press "mine" then the OMC gets sent straight to their wallet.

I'm shit at programming so I don't know how it would be done but I'm sure it wouldn't be hard for you guys with your tons of experience.

Feedback would be nice.

Open the debug console and type "setgenerate 1"

The only problem with this is it is just a CPU miner and doesn't use a pool, so it would days or weeks to even get any.

It could be setup to work on a pool with GPU, but it wouldn't be very easy.
