they call it memex and basicly it is a secret search engine that supposed too be able too track secure the Internet from hackers, human traffickers and other criminals. what are your guys thoughts on this?

Oh god... This lady still thinks that North Korea hacked Sony, smh. There was no hacking done, the only thing that happened is they SE'd some people to get login information.
How will this catch criminals? LE can't do anything without an ip address and deep web is meant to hide ip?

I think its a load of crap.. same as Marianas Web ... What they can do ? Create a search engine that can bruteforce onion addresses and explore/index content.

People don't seem to understand what this "search engine" does so they're getting all hyped up about it.
It compares keywords found on the darkweb and matches them found on the normal web, e.g. if there's a human trafficer who calls him self l33thax the search engine would return anything which could be him on the normal web by matching username, writing style or other information posted.
In short: This isn't going to work against anyone who isn't retarded.
