Hey there my name is Farfar and i will be assisting you today, I want you to follow my instructions from now on. If you dont want to follow my instructions please wait so another member can assist you with your problem.

Before following these instructions, look for Malicouis programs that you can uinstall from: Programs and Features/Uinstall or Change programs, in Control Panel.

1. Please boot your computer in Safe Mode With Networking.

2. Download and Execute MalwareBytes-AntiMalware. Complete the installaion and agree Of the terms of service/use. Once you have finished the Malwarebytes installaion go ahead and open MalwareBytes-Antimalware (If not already Running) Make sure that you updated Malwarebytes Database before you are running a scan. Once you have updated the Database, go ahead and Do a threat scan and once the scan is finish press the "Quarantine all" button.

3. Download and Execute JRT there should popup a CMD window on your screen, Agree of the terms of service/use and Press enter to begin the scan.

4. Download and Execute Adwcleaner. Complete the installaion and agree of the terms of service/use, Press the scan button and once the scan is finish press the clean button and restart your computer and boot in Normal mode this time.

5. Once you have restarted your computer and you are in Normal Mode. Please Download and Execute Rkill wait untill the scan finishes and once the scan finishes a log file called Rkill.txt should been saved to your desktop please provide it also with the ohter logs.

6. Post all the logs here or here separated once all the scans are finish.
