How to force open CMD anywhere without Admin privileges [Windows 7 and below]

Hi guys this is going to be a simple thread, nothing fancy. I'm going to show you all how to open CMD without logging into your computer.

1. First start up computer.
2. Login
3. When it's on the loading screen just almost to prepare your desktop, force shutdown the computer/laptop using the power button.
3. Start your computer
4. Now once you restarted, you should see a screen something about "Windows Recovery"
5. Now choose the option "Launch start up repair"
6. Once everything has loaded, wait until it finishes repairing, if any boxes show up like this:

wxw.precisesecurity.com/tools-resources/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/windows7-startup-repair.jpg

just press cancel
8. Just wait until something like this opens

9. Now scroll all the way to the bottom and you should see a link and at the end something ending with a .txt format.

10. Now click the text file and it should look like this:

wxw.top-password.com/images/notepad-privacy.png

11. Press "Open" then find where CMD.EXE is, well find the directory of it.

12. Try and find a executable called sethc. Now sethc is the pop up message about the sticky keys when you press shift around 5-6 times.

13. Rename sethc to anything you want.

14. Then rename cmd.exe to sethc.

15. Now exit the directory of when you opened it from notepad and restart your computer

16. Now once you're at your login screen, press shift around 5-6 times.

17. Now CMD will pop up as administrative privileges

:) Have fun! And this is only for educational purposes!
This is a well known trick
But I didn't know what sticky keys was called so now I know it's Sethc
Thanks OP!
ARE YOU A FOOL ?
Just press [SHIFT]+[F10] in any windows recovery environment(recovery mode, windows setup,DART etc.) to open cmd there.
Then type notepad in it.
Notepad will open without any of that fuss.
You can open any native application this way.
Very nicely done. I'll use this eventually. 🤝

Nice thread tho 🤝
You can boot up Linux and rename the cmd.exe to sethc.exe there instead, but the BIOS must have bootable USB/CD option turned on. This can easily be done if the BIOS isn't locked.
