Repair Iphone Business Soon

I will soon start repairing iPhone's locally.
I mainly will be replacing screens and batteries.

Outline:
I. Parts
II. Tools
III. Repair Process

I.
I want to get some advice before getting started on some tools as well as where to get my parts from.

After talking to other iPhone repairmen online the best source of parts for their quality and price seem to be from:
https://www.etradesupply.com
or I can use
http://www.aliexpress.com/

Does anyone have some other recommendation or any experience using etradesupply?

II.
Secondly for the toolkit I'm thinking about buying this Olympia kit on amazon.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008CLO...PDKIKX0DER

Anyone have experience with this kit or recommend another one?

III.
Finally I would like to ask about what repair process should I go with?
1. Buy a "Replacement Part for Apple iPhone 5 LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly with Frame and Home Button and Camera" for about $42 each and do the replacement by just unhooking the old assembly and hooking up the new one.

Or

2. Buy a "Replacement Part for Apple iPhone 5 LCD Screen and Digitizer Assembly" for about $35 that comes with no home button, speaker, or camera installed and you have to move over those parts from the old phone to the new screen.

Which process would you go with and for the profit difference of 5$ is it worth just spending 5$ more to get the already assembled and ready to plug in screen?

Thank you for the help all!
Good luck on the business not sure on any of the questions though haha.
You should get that toolkit as well as the iFixIt one for good measure later on when you get some more cash. You'll have pretty much every bit that you'd ever really need.

As for the replacement thing, spend the $5 extra dollars to get the assembled one, looks cleaner for one, two it's less work for you, three it's a lower chance you'll accidentally fuck something up

Good luck with your sales.

- I should say from experience, get the ifixit pro tech toolkit.

- Get the cheaper screen and move over the parts, keep in mind you are keeping Apple oem parts.

- Just take your time and be careful, Apple products come with some traps that you can easily damage the logic board, by just simply placing a screw in the wrong place even though the look the same size.
