I know a website which provides a product and I am able to create coupons at my expense but also get commission, so I am a referrer but I am providing a legitimate coupon. Do note that I am not the seller of the products.

So can I post such coupons?

Referrals (even if they don't make you money) may ONLY be placed in the Referrals section. Anywhere else will only get it moved/closed/junked and may or may not get you a warning.
