Yes!!! Been hacking for over a decade, yet posting in the beginner hacking section!
My question is this. Does anyone know how to view photos from a Facebook account that has been set to private. There are some caveats to the question.
1. I don't want to break into the account. There are various ways I could do this (verting related email account/facebook account, cookie injection, phishing the password etc). Quite frankly this is time consuming and the pictures I want to view simply arent worth the effort of spending days penetrating peoples machines. Moreover most methods make it obvious that the account has been compromised (password changes etc.).
2. I don't have a Facebook account. I don't see how this makes any difference, but it might.
3. I don't know the usernames of the Facebook accounts. If the profile is public then the username is easily visible (https://www.facebook.com/USERNAME). If the profile is private, facebook simply generates the link (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fref=hovercard), hence the username is not available. Most of the pictures I wish to see are just people who have commented on public profiles I can see.
So, is this possible, or does facebook's session management preclude any hope of doing this?
