Yes, they can charge back anything with PayPal.
All PayPal payments can be chargebacked.
Some easier then others.

Another good reason for actually giving them what they want.
Less likely to chrageback.
If you request money and have them attach a note that says "Any form of charging back on this payment is fraudulent & against our agreement.

How does one even chargeback?By opening a dispute and then escalating it to a claim?
I've been E-whoring off and on for about two years and have never received a charge back from friends and family until yesterday.
+I've never delivered, all blown off customers.
Your chances are pretty good that you'll be fine.
Friends and Family is much harder to charge back, theyll have to actually call paypal to get it chargebacked if they arent smart enough to find the button.

ya lol thanks guys but this was just ment to do a deal with a user i gave him my private methods to get hundreds of kik and skype traffic for 15.00 its all done know thanks for your help will close thread in a few hours if any one has questions

I wouldn't be scarred of charge backs, when people say they get scammed I tell them that they can always try to charge back and they say they don't know how

Totally useless and will actually hurt you if PayPal ever has to look into your incoming payments.
