My professor told me he'd give me extra credit if I could somehow exploit our school server's submission command. After a certain date, we're not allowed to submit assignments to the server. I've found the source code (written in perl), and I was wondering if I could somehow change the value of the the postdue variable by running the submission command in a unix shell and passing code to one of the arguments. I'm not looking for an exact answer, I just want to know if this sort of thing is possible. Thanks!
