Decode encrypted string / Crack this hash

Just to make it short: I have a few HWIDs that are encoded, and I have no clue how it is encoded tho.
Can someone tell me? I thought they are Base64 but it won't decode

HWIDs:

Why do you want to decode HWIDs? They are useless strings that are generated based on some known piece of info about a hardware device and then some random addition. These probably don't "decode" in the typical sense that you are thinking.
My PGP key is available here: https://keybase.io/chick3nman

It could be base32 or multiple strings merged in one.

I want to know how it's encoded / encrypted so I can encode my HWID with the same Encoder/encryption to bypass a HWID protection on a software.

I already tried Base32, I have no clue what it is.
