You can make it using Adobe After Effects, I'm not really familiar with it, but I know it's done with that software. You can find many useful tutorials on Youtube. :)

Yes i'm using after effect and photoshop timeline bad quality, i tried find youtube does not help frame high quality animation. 😟

What is the current frame rate you are using in after effects, also please show me your render settings.
Also how are you converting them to gifs, if through photoshop show me some screenshots of that too and I'll tell you what the problem is.

Looks like your issue is that you are keeping the frames at 0 seconds, which browsers don't like for some reason, change all your frame's to a 0.03 delay.

Looks like your issue is that you are keeping the frames at 0 seconds, which browsers don't like for some reason, change all your frame's to a 0.03 delay.

When you put a video into photoshop as layers it gives you several options, one of them is to only import every 2 video frames instead of one, this might be the problem OP since that happened to me too, the gif was laggy as hell.
