I highly recommend that you acquire some moola and pay for some DDoS-protection from a reputable vendor, such as Prolexic or Incapsula, or purchase a DDoS-protected server altogether such as OVH.
OVH protection is really bad to be honest.
You won't get anything for free. If it was a website and you'd setup cloudflare correctly you'd probably be able to hide your IP thus preventing Layer 4 attacks and cloudflare would block most of the Layer 7 attacks, however a teamspeak is harder to protect and you won't be able to protect it without paying anything.
Normally the Layer 4 attacks are mitigated on the edge of the network so droping the packets with a firewall won't do anything since your server will be dead anyhow.
Online.net has a pretty decent DDoS protection, however you have to pay around 80€ and 200€ more if you want permanent mitigation.
OVH just isn't the way to go because their protection doesn't do jack shit unless it is a common UDP attack.
