Windows 7 - Make standard account admin from an admin account w/o password

Hello,
I have access to a admin account only for a brief period of time. I want to change a standard user account to an administrator from the admin account I have access to. The problem is when I try to do it Windows prompts for a password when i try to make the standard account an administrator, and the password is something I don't have. Is their a way to install a program/do something to upgrade the standard account to admin from the administrator account I have access to? I can download/install whatever I need since I have admin permissions, I just don't have the admin password.
Thanks.
You can find the admin Password Whit mimikaz Google It :P
For Mimikatz to grab passwords it needs to be run as admin...

Your best bet is to gain access to the SYSTEM user through Windows Recovery Console. Your having an executable act as a psuedo command prompt. You can replace something like utiliman.exe as a copy of cmd. Then at the login screen when you click on the Utility Manager icon you will see cmd instead with SYSTEM user access, which is pretty much godmode.
