If it's a neurological enhancer, why is it labelled as a dietary supplement? In addition to those with allergies, this product is made in the same factory near peanuts, soy, milk, etc.

Obviously it's not therapeutic grade... But it does assist me in relaxing. It includes chamomile, I on the daily drink Chamomile tea for it's relaxing properties. Works well.
