And how exactly are PPI networks any better?

I have tried a PPI network, and the average per download was 0,01$.
Not to mention that with some antiviruses you can't even download their files.

If you can't make money with PPD you won't make money with PPI, unless you have a high number of clicks you can't get to convert.
