As i want to install viruses and stuff and then show how to remove them for my utube channel

You will have to disable couple of feature to isolate the VM. But generally speaking, if you are to test malware on windows VM, you need to use Linux host.

Honestly, it all depends on the actual virus or whatever, most no, but some yes, they can "escape"out of VM environments.
